How to fix Error: Windows failed to start, Missing boot configuration data (Advanced Tutorial)

1.0 ERROR: BIOS/LEGACY BOOT OF UEFI – ONLY MEDIA

2.0 THIS DRIVE WAS CREATED BY RUFUS

3.0 IT CAN BOOT IN UEFI ONLY BUT YOU ARE TRYING TO BOOT IN BIOS/LEGACY MODE. THIS WILL NOT WORK.

4.0 TO REMOVE THIS MASSAGE YOU NEED TO DO ONE OF THE FOLLOWING.

A. IF THIS COMPUTER SUPPORT UEFI, GO TO YOUR UEFI SETTINGS AND LOWER OR DISABLE THE PRIORITY OF CMS/LEGACY MODE.

B. OR RECREATE THE DRIVE IN RUFUS AND USE

1.0 PARTITION SCHEME ——— MBR

2.0 TARGET SYSTEM ————– BIOS (——)

C. OR ERASE THE WHOLE DRIVE IN RUFUS BY SELECTING

1.0 BOOT TYPE ——— NON-BOOTABLE

NOTE- YOU MAY ALSO SEE THIS MASSAGE IF YOU INSTALLED A NEW OS AND YOUR COMPUTER IS UNABLE TO BOOT THAT OS IN UEFI MODE.

PLEASE REMOVE THIS MEDIA AND PRESS ANY KEY TO REBOOT

I RUN MY DESKTOP PC MBR PARTITION LEGACY BOOT MODE BUT I WANT TO CHANGE GPT PARTITIONS AND UEFI MODE.
I MAKE GPT UEFI BOOTABLE PEN DRIVE AND BOOTING DONE AND STARTING AVOBE PROBLEM FOUND.
CAN I BOOT MY PC IN GPT UEFI MODE .

Darn, wrong command prompt for my laptop. I think the problem is when I used Acronis to do a disc clone, it left the mbr from windows 10 and I cloned a windows 7 laptop ssd. I'll do another disc clone but this time I'll completely format the ssd or hdd first.
